This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Love Talk - Random Chat and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by IL IN KIM (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”).

3) Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide and secure the Service. Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• Profile information: nickname and gender (as provided by you).
• Identifiers & technical data: device identifier used by the app, IP address, and basic log data needed to operate the Service.
• Chat and user content: messages and content you send (text, images, videos, audio).
• Phone number (optional, Korea): used for verification / compliance purposes where required. We do not use it for advertising.
• Location information (optional): only if you grant permission and you use a location-based feature.
• Crash/diagnostic data: app crash logs to improve stability and performance.

4) How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and operate the Service (matching, chat delivery, profile display).
• Prevent abuse and enforce our policies (fraud, spam, harassment, CSAE/CSAM, and other illegal activity).
• Customer support and responding to inquiries.
• Improve the Service (debugging, crash analysis, feature improvement).
• Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of users and the Developer.

5) Sharing / Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only in the following cases:

• Service providers (processors) that help us run the Service (e.g., hosting, storage, customer support, crash analytics). They may access data only to perform tasks for us and must protect it.
• Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or to protect users and the public (including reporting CSAM to appropriate authorities when required).
• With your consent or at your direction.

6) Retention and Deletion

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, then delete it using reasonable technical measures.

• Chat records: up to 3 months.
• Media (images/videos/audio): automatically deleted within 2–3 days (and also deleted upon account withdrawal where applicable).
• Location information: deleted promptly after use, and in principle within 3 days; deleted sooner if you withdraw consent.
• Subscription / cancellation records: up to 1 year where required for transaction verification.

7) Security

• Data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard methods.
• Access to personal information is restricted to what is necessary for operation and support.
• We apply reasonable safeguards to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.

8) Your Choices and Rights

• Access, update, or delete certain profile information from within the app.
• Withdraw consent for optional permissions (e.g., location) from your device settings.
• Request deletion or ask questions by emailing oneman.ryan@gmail.com.

9) Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age allowed by applicable law without valid consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when this policy was most recently revised.
