Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Love Talk - Random Chat (the “App”) provided by IL IN KIM (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Purpose)

This agreement aims to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Developer and members regarding membership registration and service use.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

The definitions of the terms used in this agreement are as follows:

1. User refers to a member who accesses or visits the Developer and receives services provided by the Developer according to this agreement.
2. Member refers to a customer who has registered as an online member by providing information through the App and can use the services provided by the Developer.
3. Application (hereinafter referred to as “App”) refers to software prepared for use on PCs and electronic mobile devices for the provision of services by the Developer.
4. Service Contract refers to the contract concluded between the Developer and the member regarding the use of services.
5. Member ID refers to an identifier assigned for identification and service use.
6. UGC stands for User Generated Content.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Revision of Terms)

These Terms take effect when members agree during registration. The Developer may revise these Terms within the scope permitted by law for smooth operation. If revised, the Developer will announce the effective date and reasons via in-app notice or an equivalent method.

Article 4 (Formation of Service Contract)

The service contract is established by the member's application for use and the Developer's provision of access to the Service.

Article 5 (Application for Use and Agreement)

Applicants express their consent to these Terms and then apply for membership according to the format set by the Developer.

Article 6 (Restriction of Use)

The Developer may restrict or deny access if registration information is false, incomplete, or if restriction is necessary to protect users and the Service.

Article 7 (Member ID)

A Member ID may be automatically generated for service operation. It may be used internally for account identification and service usage.

Article 8 (User Responsibilities)

Users must comply with applicable laws and must not engage in the following:

1. Posting or sharing illegal, harmful, abusive, or harassing content
2. Impersonation, fraud, or unauthorized access
3. Uploading malware or attempting to disrupt the Service
4. Infringing intellectual property rights
5. Sharing obscene/violent content contrary to public morals

Article 9 (Privacy)

The Developer collects the minimum information necessary to provide the Service. For details, please see the Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Service Availability)

The Service is generally available 24/7, except for maintenance, outages, or unavoidable reasons.

Article 11 (Account Termination)

Users may delete their account within the App. The Developer may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, including illegal content or abuse.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for damages caused by users’ fault, user content, or force majeure events.

Article 13 (Governing Law)

Korean law applies, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Article 22 (Prohibition of CSAE/CSAM)

We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Violations may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities. Please see our Child Protection Policy for reporting and handling procedures.
