1) Scope
This Child Protection Policy applies to Love Talk - Random Chat and related services provided by IL IN KIM.
2) Zero Tolerance for CSAE/CSAM
We strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This includes creation, possession, sharing, solicitation, grooming, or any attempt to sexualize minors.
3) Prohibited Content and Behavior
- Any sexual content involving minors (real or simulated)
- Grooming or sexually suggestive communication targeting minors
- Requests for sexual images/content from minors
- Sharing, trading, or advertising CSAM
- Coercion, threats, or exploitation of a child
4) How to Report
In-App Reporting
- Use the Report option in a chat or on a user profile.
- Use the help/support menu if available.
Email Reporting
If you cannot report in-app, email us at oneman.ryan@gmail.com. Please include any relevant details (user nickname, time, and screenshots where appropriate).
5) Our Response
- We review reports promptly and may remove content or restrict accounts.
- Accounts involved in CSAE/CSAM are subject to immediate suspension or permanent ban.
- When required or appropriate, we report CSAM to relevant authorities.
- We may preserve limited data as required to comply with law and investigations.
